BOC-3 is an FMCSA requirement for an active authority for a Motor Carrier, Freight Forwarder, or Broker. The BOC-3 is an individual or business that would accept legal documentation on your company's behalf in the case. A new BOC-3 must be filed when the address or company name changes.
